Mr. Hooper (formerly Crazy Ballhead) returns to Old Ironsides to celebrate the release of Auto Reverse, and a new music video. Hooper’s band will consist of Simon Rochester on keys, Chris Schreuder on bass, Vince Mellone on guitar and Ant Hernandez on drums. Plus special guest sitting in throughout the night.
Also on the bill, the exceptionally soulful songstress Lauren Wakefield – Music (fresh off her first Sammies win). Need flows?.. Ms. Vybe got em in the bag. Plus NSAA 360, one of Sacramento’s top poets will bless the mic (check out his new cd Walking Down J Street), and Dj Joe Z will be in the mix throughout the night.
